Is hosting included with my website?
Yes. Every website package includes managed hosting, maintenance and support on a monthly plan: CA$49/month with the Basic Business Website, CA$99/month with the Professional Website and from CA$199/month for e-commerce and custom websites.
When does the monthly hosting plan start?
The first monthly charge is taken 30 days after you buy your website, then on the same day each month. You get an emailed receipt for every payment.
Is SSL (https) included?
Yes. We configure SSL and set up your domain and hosting as part of every website we build, so your site loads securely over https.
Can I cancel the hosting plan?
Yes. You can cancel from your customer dashboard at any time; the plan ends at the close of the current month and you are not charged again.
I already have a website. Can you host and maintain it?
